The place was very clean and the view of the bay is unbelievable. Even saw dolphins. Lots of room for a family

My family and I have been staying at Las Brisas for over 30 years and now it includes the grandkids. The place has been so well kept it is as nice today as 30 years ago. The front office staff was super attentive and helpful. There is no place like it on the island. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

I have stayed at Las Brisas for the past 22 years and have made reservations for 2025 already. Las Brisas management team headed up by Breana Hayashi will make sure that your stay is a great experience by making sure your condominium is clean and well stocked with everything. There is a reason i have stayed at Las Brisas for so many years, CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ARE NUMBER 1. Stay 1 weekend and see what i mean. You will not stay at any other property on South Padre Island.

Stay was beautiful, relaxing for the family and had everything we needed from toiletries to pots and pans and kitchen utensils. Condo room is a little outdated but the stay was just what we needed to relax and unwind. Living room TV is small but overall the experience was great
